Running nutrition to aid performance is a hugely important part of your time with Epic Running. We want to make sure you are at the top of your game and have all the right fuel but we also want to make sure that you enjoy every mouthful. That is why we have teamed up with Diana Green. We knew we liked her when she said, ” I would never sacrifice taste to calorie count.” Diana has designed a series of recipes with a Moroccan flavour and all the nutrition for a week of training specifically for Epic Running.

Her view is that running nutrition in conjunction with coaching will bring you to peak performance. She wants to show you how running nutrition really can make a difference to your energy levels, your strength and ultimately your times.

Diana has worked with fitness camps and in the health food sector for 10 years, designing recipes, running cooking workshops and giving nutritional advice to clients.
Our ‘marathon camp’ menu has been created and analysed by Diana ensuring that all dishes are nutritionally balanced to complement the daily activities. Diana believes that there is no need to sacrifice taste for health and together with the importance of sourcing local quality ingredients, flavour is given the highest priority.
Aware that different lifestyles can have a huge impact on food choices and time available for food preparation, Diana is also able to guide clients in creating practical, achievable and enjoyable dishes to help them achieve their fitness goals.
