NEW FOREST DAY CAMP SUNDAY OCT 1ST 2017

Join us in October for  a day of coaching and nutrition. October is the perfect time to start your training plan. Learn how to build a strong base to increase endurance and to develop an efficient and fatigue resistant race pace. Receive personal advice and go home with ideas that be utilised immediately to improve your running and nutrition.
